A decaying roadside motel room glows with sickly amber, violet, and neon pink light, its rain-streaked window overlooking a wet highway. A syrup-like ribbon of reflected color winds across worn floorboards toward a warped mirror and shadowy figure. Thick encaustic textures, peeling walls, static television light, and a corroded musical frame create uneasy psychedelic isolation.
